I have made this for the past few years at Christmas time and it's perfect to bring to parties or have around the house to snack on during Christmas Movie Marathons. This year I decided to make it for my co-workers. Target strikes again! I was strolling through their Holiday decor section and saw these adorable treat bags and matching metallic stickers šŸ˜. So this year, I did these adorable popcorn goody bags.

What you will need:

  • Goodie bags (I got 10, could have done 20)

  • Gift Tag Stickers (this is a set of 21)

  • 2 Bags of Popcorn (preferably non-buttered/salted or just lightly salted)

  • 1 package White chocolate chips (In the past I've always used white chocolate almond bark but my Target didn't have it)

  • 1 package Andes Peppermint Chocolates (In the past I've crushed up candy canes for this recipe but I think I like the Andes mints better!)

White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn

  1. First you will pop your two bags of popcorn separately as you normally would.

  2. While you are popping your popcorn, start unwrapping the Andes mints out of their packaging.

  3. Crush the Andes mints (I kept mine chunky as I knew they would melt when mixed with the warmed white chocolate - perfect!)

  4. Get your white chocolate ready in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 min 30 seconds.

  5. Stir.

  6. Heat in 15 second incraments until chocolate is fully melted.

  7. Add melted white chocolate, Andes mints, and popcorn. I had mine in 3 separate bowls to help it mix better.

  8. Fill your goodie bags about 3/4 of the way and seal with a sticker!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 20

And there you have it! So tasty and easy to do! I hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas season and wishing you a very Merry Christmas to you and yours from me and mine!
